The Fitness4Life school exercise programme has been developed to provide a comprehensive working system that will engage, push and reward children whilst improving their health and fitness within their school environment.

The Fitness4Life programme provides teaching staff with the system, training, IT software and personal coaching support needed to allow them to personally lead the exercise sessions in full knowledge of what each day should entail. All the exercises are fun, interactive and include game-play and methods that can also be used in conjunction with other parts of the curriculum, aiding learning and exercise together.

The Process is Simple:
1. We spend time training ever school and teacher engaged in the programme, in order to understand the Fitness4Life systems and methodology
2. We train teaching and assistant staff in every element of fitness testing and exercise provision
3. All exercise scheduling is provided and laid out on our app and software programmes, using lesson plans, video reminders and tutorials to walk you through the exercise programme and games
4. All fitness testing data is entered into the app/software by teaching staff (with full support by Area Coordinators), allowing each teacher and school to view every childs progress clearly and securely on innovative graphs and comparison charts, perfect for Ofsted and Parents Evenings.
5. Support visits from your Fitness4Life Area Coordinator provide guidance and assistance on a regular basis, whilst 24-hour access to a 1:1 coaching chat room is available via the app/software
6. Regular refresher and development training sessions for staff are provided to keep teaching staff motivated, engaged and fresh with new ideas and concepts
7. The school and teaching staff have complete control over the engagement, success and scheduling of the pupils, making success rewarding for all involved

Our goal is to help children get fitter! In doing so, not only do we see great improvements in their fitness levels through our tests, we also hear an enormous amount of reports about children improving the self-concept and confidence, we see reduced levels of absenteeism, improved behaviour patterns and enthusiasm in the classroom. Most importantly were making positive lifestyle changes within children and their families.

Given the growing problem of obesity and poor fitness amongst children, this cost-effective must-have for al schools who wish to help their pupils succeed in having a healthy start to life.
